Please note that custom-monogrammed products are handcrafted specifically for you and are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing fault is present.

Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
